Contact us with any questions you may have

• Check-in date: Wed 23rd of Oct, 2024 by 18:00 at the latest. Don't miss the launch dinner starting at 19:30. Check-out date is Monday 28th of Oct, 2024. You can also book up to 3 days before or after these dates direct on our booking page.

• If you check in early, chances are they'll have your room ready, but technically they have until 15:00. If that is the case, drop your luggage off and chill out by the pool, beach, or see what classes are about to start.

• Late check out: You can request late check-out while at the event. Also, if you have a later flight and have checked out, you can still hang around the hotel using all the facilities until your flight leaves. Just leave your bags behind the desk.

• Everyone gets a full seaview room. Jump in and jump out of unlimited seminars and workshops. Free-range experience.

• A TRUE 5-star hotel located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Booked exclusively for this event only on a "run of the house" contract.

• Week and day passes (non-stay) will be available Sept 2024.

• Ticket holders are completely free to plan their festival experience how they want. They can attend every seminar every hour or one or two, then go and explore the historic 2000-year-old city of Palma, or partake in the many other free-of-charge activities like free diving with our on-site instructors, paddle boarding to a nearby café on a SUP, sit in the sun and listen to the poolside DJ with a beverage, or hang out in the many quiet areas on a lounger at the beach and just take a nap.
