Activities and Schedule

  • What will a typical day look like?

Your day is entirely up to you. You´ll have access to the schedule app and you´ll be able to see all the classes on offer. Breakfast is between 7-10am but classes run before, during and well after breakfast into the evening. You just need to decide what you want to do. Or, not do.. You may start the day with a sunrise yoga then go take a leg lock class, then perhaps pick from 3 other options around 1115. Near the middle of the day there are less classes it´s time to get some sun and hit the beach. Around 1700 multiple class options come up again, as well at 1830, by about 20:00 most classes are done. Time to take a shower and think about dinner and how nice that is going to be! Come by the bar later if you´re not ready to go to bed to see what´s going on with activities.

  • Where are the seminars held?

All seminars are on-site at the hotel. with a few on the actual beach! We have space like the Yoga Sky deck on the roof, the main BJJ room below, the pool deck with lots going on there. At any one time there are between 2-4 different classes going on at the same time. You have to decide! Use the app to build your own personal schedule

  • Is the festival suitable for beginners?

Yes! Both BJJ and yoga offer beginner classes, so even those new to these practices can fully participate.

  • How does this festival differ from a yoga retreat?

Whether it´s a yoga retreat or a BJJ camp we can tell you there is no other event in the world like the Mallorca BJJ and Yoga Festival. Mixing these 2 activities plus all the others creates a vibe beyond anything at a yoga retreat or Jiu Jitsu camp. There is no comparable event in existence.
